Green Silicon Carbide for Grinding Wheel Green Carborundum
Our Green Silicon Carbide (Green Carborundum) is a premium synthetic abrasive specially designed for the production of high-performance grinding wheels. Manufactured through high-temperature electric resistance furnace smelting, it features high purity, stable chemical properties, extreme hardness and excellent thermal conductivity.
With sharp crystalline structure and good self-sharpening properties, this green SiC ensures efficient, precise grinding with minimal heat generation. It is widely used to make vitrified and resin-bonded grinding wheels for processing hard and brittle materials such as carbide, glass, ceramic, stone and non-ferrous metals.
Strictly graded particle size ensures uniform distribution in the grinding wheel matrix, enhancing wheel strength, surface finish and service life. Low impurity content reduces wheel clogging and improves grinding accuracy.
Suitable for surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, tool grinding and precision grinding applications, our Green Silicon Carbide is the ideal raw material for high-quality grinding wheel production.
